HOW DO I ORDER? Ordering is simple. You can use phone, fax, mail or our on-line shopping cart. You can mix products and brands. We accept major credit cards, money orders and personal checks.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE? There is NO MINIMUM ORDER!
CAN I MIX PRODUCTS FROM DIFFERENT BRANDS? Definitely. We want your menu to have the widest variety. We even created numerous
variety packs that allow you to sample different items at low cost.
HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS ARE HALAL? All food items on our site are certified Halal, or are Halal by nature.
We offer copies of the appropriate halal certificates as well as ingredient and nutrition information on this website to help guide you.
WHY IS HALAL CERTIFICATION IMPORTANT? Only 6 states have laws against fraudulently mislabeling halal products, and even in those states enforcement is low. You have the right to know if your food is genuinely halal. We at Halal Healthy stand by the products we sell and want you to know that you are getting authentic halal foods, whether naturally halal or halal certified.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? Since Halal Healthy is located in the Mid-West, nationwide delivery is fairly rapid in the 48 contiguous states. We normally ship within 48 hours of order receipt. Depending on your location, delivery will be 1 to 7 business days later.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER FASTER? Yes, you can choose 3 different methods: Overnight, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Orders placed before 12:30 pm central time M-F will ship that day. Orders placed after 12:30 pm will ship the following business day. Please note that orders that ship overnight on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
MUST I BE HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY? No, FedEx usually will leave them or notify you of the attempt to delivery so that arrangements can be made.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Shipping costs will vary based on the weight, distance and type of delivery. Because we are located in the Mid-West, delivery costs nation-wide are low. Ground delivery is the most economical. Second day and next day delivery costs can be significant, sometimes approaching the value the product being shipped.
